Barista (m/f/x)

sakura is hiring a barista (part time) for our café & bakery in Berlin Mitte.

we are a team of hardworking individuals, collectively providing an extraordinarily tasty, friendly and nice café experience to our guests.

you get to work with Berlin-roasted speciality coffee, decent equipment, a lovely team while being surrounded by freshly baked goods (and of course enjoying them as staff meal, as well).

YOUR TASKS

• preparation of specialty coffee, matcha latte & other beverages

• taking orders, selling our cakes, baked goods & beverages and all related tasks

• optional: selling our baked goods at markets and events in Berlin (driving license required)

• working clean, reliably & sustainably

YOUR SKILLS

• experience working as barista

• affinity for friendly customer service, German and English required (Japanese is a plus but certainly not mandatory!)

• interest to contribute to a sustainable café & bakery concept

Each employee will be trained for barista, front of house responsibilities and all related tasks thoroughly (recipes, workflows, quality control, HACCP & work safety).
