Baker (m/f/x)

sakura is hiring a baker (part time / mini job / student job) for banana bread, cakes & cookie production and breakfast service at our location in Berlin Mitte.

we’re a team of hardworking individuals, baking with all plant-based, mostly organic, regional and seasonal ingredients, dedicated to create consistently excellent quality baked goods for our guests and clients.

YOUR TASKS

– production of banana bread, cakes, cookies and other baked goods according to quality standards

- preparation of breakfast (à la carte service)

- packing of orders according to production plan

– working clean, reliably & sustainably

YOUR SKILLS

– experience in bakery / professional kitchen / hospitality required

- relevant training (pastry chef or similar) is a plus

– working language English

– interest to contribute to a social & sustainable bakery concept

Each employee will be trained for production and all related tasks thoroughly (recipes, techniques, quality control, HACCP & work safety).
